The digital release of O’Brother‘s Basement Window EP is available today at iTunes or Amazon. The vinyl, to be released October 30, will go up for pre-order later this week and will feature etched artwork on the b-side. Here’s what the band said regarding the release:
“This EP consists of 5 songs from ‘Garden Window’ that were stripped down and flipped on their bellies. It was a challenging and rewarding experience deconstructing things and doing something that we don’t usually do. The EP was engineered and mixed in our basement by our drummer, Michael Martens. We’re incredibly proud of the final product and the hard work that went into making it.”
